Dewey,
I'm cool with this...
As long as we retain all rights in and to the Copyright

On August 27th, 2007, Dewey clarified about authorized uploaders and Scott Lucas solo gigs:
Dave,
mbhatia10@yahoo.com is ok for future uploads.
Scott solo gigs should always go up under the name "Local H".
Thanks for the email.-d
From BTAT:
Video tapers can be seen at nearly every show. I've succesfully taped 5 shows, 3 DAT, 1 MD, one DSBD. I asked for and received a soundboard patch at the 7/25/02 show in Chicago, but have been told since that I was lucky.. Scott Lucas (lead singer) has stated on their website that taping is ok with him, but it's up to you to get your stuff past security. Ask to speak to the tour manager if security hassles you, and he will "try" to help you get in.

I've gotten a couple soundboard recordings along with a camcorder or two at the same show in the past. The band doesn't seem to care what you do but the venues are where the problems lie -> Mercury Lounce in NYC - soundboard was fine but no video taping. Same with Knitting Factory in NYC. Stony Pony in NJ didn't care so I got everything. Go tape these guy they rock!
